Customer service is non-existent, they don't care about the concerns of their constituents. Their mod staff is complete (word removed) and will frivolously lock accounts for absolutely nothing. They hate freedom of speech - - a complete communist organisation, have NOTHING to do with them. This is definitely more of a "harm you" but, even technologically speaking, their forums continuously get breached by Korean spammers so God only knows the extent of that....
