I own this site and I do not think it is right that Norton Safe Web has the right to put Untested and Unknown on the web. I tried to add norton safe web to my site so that I could get rid of them, but I can not add what they require to my root folder or whatever. I asked where I have my site (GODADDY.COM) and they told me I can not add anything to my root folder. That is not my fault and my site should not have to suffer because of it.
