No longer works on Google Chrome because Google Inc. shut down the site. It was good before it shut down though.

Although some ratings may be fake or inaccurate, it still manages to block me from phishing and malware sites that SiteAdvisor misses. Mywot is one of the few site blockers that still recognize "Zwinky" as a malicious site.

This product is good for removing nasty tracking cookies that bypass your browser and sneak into your system.

I was very impressed with Spybot because it managed to detect and disarm the notoriously annoying Baidu Toolbar.

AVG Internet Security was very fast and effective but its hardcore toolbar bothered me. It did block tracking cookies and malicious sites but it was also very annoying...just like adware. I scanned my system with malwarebytes, and believe it or not some of the things that came with the toolbar were actual adware. The toolbar itself remained on the computer but some significantly annoying features were completely eradicated. This proves that the product is effective and that the company hasn't been successfully bribed yet!
