zappos.com is great!! two things I love about them that separates them from everyone else.

1. Free shipping both ways!!! we all know how difficult it is to buy shoes online, you have to try them on to know if they fit etc. Well Zappos solved that porblem by offering free shipping both ways. If the shoe doesn't fit, send it back free and request a new size.

2. Real Time inventory. If it's not in their warehouse, theyre not gonna sell it to you. Simple but effective. I hate it when I order something and in a few days or sometimes even weeks I get an email telling me they don't have it in stock. Zappos won't do this to you.
