This website is used by criminals to submit stolen confidential data, which is uploaded through the site onto it for public display.

No it's not harsh at all, the information on that site is U.S. government property and is info that the public should not be seeing. this is a huge political and diplomatic problem now and i hope it's going to be resolved shortly.
