I "bought" Taylor Swift tickets from Ticketmaster and they confirmed my order. When my tickets did not arrive I contacted Ticketmaster to find out that my order was "cancelled" and they did not notify me of this or have a reason for the cancellation... they refunded my money, but only offered to sell me different tickets to the concert... my wife and daughter really wanted to go to the show so I agreed to buy different tickets, but the concert was sold out. We didn't get to go :(
