Some might consider the site in bad taste; however, it is not illegal. The last I've seen it, it contains no child porn and does not promote child rape. As with any site you might catch the staff on a bad day and think the worst. The site has strict rules and you must be 18 or over to enter.

It is illegal. I don't know where you live, but you sir, are sick in the head, fantasizing about under-aged anime girls. If you want the FBI busting down your door, then by all means, continue.
