Norton™ Safe Web

I have been using norton since 2002 and in 2003 i crashed my computer, i called nortons number and the sat on phone for 6 hrs giving me instuctions on reprogramming the computor from scatc and just about 2 hrs ago i had a currupt file that wouldnt let my live update run so i went to online help and they asked if i would let them take over my comp and they would find the problem i said yes and they did, so if anybody say nortonm aint s**t are wrong, noton is great and i highly recomend them they have good representatives that will go out of their way to satisfy their customers
