Won't let go

After a few non threatening pages, they tell you there is a charge and it isn't cheap. At that point they won't let the user close the web page and you can't get rid of them.

HI i AM NEW TO ALL THIS i HOPE THIS NORTON IS MY V PROCT THING CUZ THIS PC IS ONLY 3 days old and I still cant get on it my 12 attacks today were frm trojan??? hell thought is was a condem ha ha IM MAD VERY MAD WAS TOLD THRU MY NET PROVIDER I WAS PROT. AND TURNS OUT THEY LIED I CALLED FCC ON THEM MAYBE THEY ARE DOING THIS TO ME?????
