I received an email that used rather suspicious tactics to try to get me to visit this site. For example, the subject was titled, "past due bill".

I was curious, so I visited their site. On it, I found a graphic (not text) displaying some dubious text: "By submitting your request, you are granting permission for up to 3 of our partners to contact you either by phone or email even if you are on the Do Not Call Registry."
