Norton™ Safe Web

This site apparently hasn't been tested by Symantec. I've been using it for years for my banking needs.They have gone through some changes like many other financial sites,upgrading security and so on.Not really sure why it hasn't been tested.I guess the web site owners must have to request it.Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?
