This is a great deal if you plan a lot of remodeling in your home, it can save you a lot of money. We saved about $10,000.00 so that made up for the membership fee. Website safe and secure. Update 6/18/2011: Membership is about $5K now. Reading reviews on Direct Buy and there is a lot of dissatisfied customers. I never renewed so I am no longer a member. Renewal fee is about $200.00 a year.
