I am an old man. I have been around. I have even spent some time in a combat zone. So I can truthfully say I have seen the worst, the bad, and not so bad. You guys at Direct TV are the best -- if I can not figure the problem out with the remote -- all I have to do is call you and the problem is taken care of. Great job and a good show.
