Expedia, among other tier 1 travel booking sites, is one of the reasons why we no longer need travel agents for domestic booking. They are also competing in the international travels booking effectively. But still, for stranded travelers support from a travel agent is indispensible. Expedia has room to grow. Its page also takes longer to load because of flash.
