Can we trust all .gov sites?

I suppose. It is not that all the government sites are so well protected that they are infection free. And there is no guarantee that governments won't indulge in a little information war, particularly if you are accessing their sites from overseas. But it is unlikely in an open society. So, let us just take it for granted that all .gov sites are "secure and trusted."

And if you are interested, try the following:

http://nces.ed.gov/nationsreportcard/itmrls/startsearch.asp

It is from the Department of Education and it lets you see what questions NAEP asks at grades 4, 8 and 12 and show the long term trend. In effect, it is the nation's score card and it lets you moniro the American Education system's effectiveness with other countries across decades. Cool!
