Mal Servicio al Cliente - Customer Service

La calidad de los productos no es muy buena, y lo que es peor el servicio al cliente es una porquería; jamás se obtiene una respuesta satisfactoria.

I bougtht some clothes, I tried to change, but is was IMPOSSIBLE. I have had 2 week, waiting answers, I did not receive nothing.
