I found a ShopAtHome toolbar and exited out of it, uninstalled it, then it was still on my computer. It took me a few scans to get rid of this. It was detected as Adware.ShopAtHome-Select by SUPERAntiSpyware. Is this trying to lure people into something? Hmm..." So I check this site out on Safeweb and according to your guys' ratings, it's a bad site. I get it now, It's trying to lure "smart people" into this site by asking an obvious question in an ad and people will say, "Hey! I can get that right!" or something and they will go to this site and get scammed.
