The translation was very poor so I cancelled in accordance with their policy. They have never responded and continue to charge my CC monthly. I have contacted them 3 times with no response. Now I have had to close that CC account. I also have started receiving spam of a nature I have never received before concurrent with signing up for this site, and I find that suspicious. Although it is possibly just a coincidence. I warn others away because the software does not work and they keep taking your money. Does not appear to be a reputable company. I paid $44 for full version, backup CD and updates. The full version did not work, back up CD was never sent to me, and e-mails to support were never answered.
