usps.com : Account number shows up

This is the only site I have this problem on. I don't allow my browser to save forms or passwords ever. But, my credit card number is always still there when I go back to this site. I start typing it in, and the number pops up like it is saved in the form, even though I don't ever save forms. I've never had this happen on any other site, and I do a lot of shopping online. FYI - I also do not allow any sites (including USPS) to store my credit card information for future use. Once I am done my USPS transaction, there is no way to go back and clear that box out. I always check, and the secured symbol is always there, so I just don't get how my information stays in the form, or why it only happens on this website.
